A streamer and a mental health advocate, let's talk about Sheila Snow

Let's get to know Sheila Snow, a content creator who uses her voice for bigger causes. Aside from entertaining her followers through streaming, she advocates for mental health, anti-bullying, and animal welfare. She's the perfect example of using power not only to her advantage, but for the benefit of those who need their voices heard.

What do you love most about your present profession and why?
I love how I get to talk to people even without seeing their faces most of the time due to the situation we are in right now. I am an extrovert and as a streamer who went to acting workshops, improvisational classes, networking and more workshops- I'd say it's my best skill to not just talk but to entertain people online and have fun.

How do you deal with challenges in your career?
I handle challenges by facing them step by step. I just need a moment to close my eyes and breath then take things slowly. Be firm, be nice.

What motivates you to excel in your field?
My online gamer friends motivate me to do well. Even a simple "good luck, have fun" comments from my viewers push me to do better.

What is your advice to young #Woomen who have just started their career?
Support people who support you. A little bit of help goes a long way.
What do you like about Woo?
Simplicity is what best describes Woo. It's effortlessly chic and encourages every person to stand on its own.

Given our current situation, do you think getting dressed up when working from home is a good idea?
Yes! If it makes you feel good and beautiful, why not?

Given our current situation, do you think being stylish is still of importance?
I don't wanna say it's important but just be you.

What are your favorite pieces from Woo and why?
Emily dress and Carrie pants. They can be worn all year round and they fit me perfectly.
